Whilst John is very much the ‘run’ element of MBRB, Lilly is most definitely the ‘move’ part. Concentrating on injury prevention, strength and conditioning, Lilly’s job is to keep people running as well as help those who are suffering from an injury to return as quickly and as safely as possible. Lilly’s 20+ years of experience working with horses (who weigh half a ton and don’t speak!), has made transitioning to working with humans in the past few years very straightforward
