Who is behind Move Better Run Better?

Move Better Run Better was set up by John Beattie, and the purpose really is at it says on the tin – to help runners move better and run better. Much of the teaching is based on John’s own career as international athlete where he has spent many years learning from the worlds best athletes, coaches, and practitioners.

All of our coaching options are provided online and remotely based, meaning that you can be located anywhere in the world to benefit from them.
